"Just eat & throw by stools" is not final condition for the digesting system. But our concept is still there, that's why we don't focus our mind to look for about health science. Unlike electronics machines as they don't remedy their selves if some parts get damage, but our body has system to repair or regrow or reset itself after getting stroke or damage or block to the parts, cell or tissue.Because of polluter air, somehow something gets into our airways to the lung though there are filtration system, so we have cough or sneeze to clear it. For good energy metabolism, we need some fats, such as monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats but somehow these fats change into Trans Saturated fats, they increase the cholesterol levels high, that's alarms the heart diseases.We need a certain portion of protein from 48-60 mg per day to a adult to repair/maintain cell,tissue or parts that damaged, or to resist the infections, or to maintain the brain works. But if one is is CKD patient, then this portion has been heavy work load to the kidney.Its advised to consume salt to BP high patient but the at the same time that is danger to a patient who is at kidney-stone-stage.
With these statements, what we know is that everything we consume has its own "cause & effect" that somehow we need to know. If you are visual deficiency patient, you need to consume nutritional that helps to retina and maccula, like vitamine A, anthocynidins, zinc, zeaxanthin,lutine, Beta carotene, etc.If you have inflamation, you need to stop spicies, chillies, oily foods.If you are diabetes, you need to avoid white sugar & strong source of glucose.BP high has to stop salt intakes and need to practice exercise to lose weight around waist and mid parts of the body. For kidney patient needs to reduce the protein, calories and cholesterol intakes portion.
As many researches shown, light consumption of protein, calories, cholesterol is a good way to growing slow and enjoying slow concept. I f we have got some diseases then we Will have some ways to prevent further too.So choose this way to consume light, fruits, vegetables, whole grains with "bran, germ & endosperm".Always keep in mind that most of the diseases are the results of our intakes and besides this are family back ground, transmission, and polluted atmosphere we are in.There are lots toxic in the air we breath, in water we drink, and food we eat.sure somehow some of the toxic gets into our body , so as the symptoms; headache, fever, gastriction, constipation, sneeze, cough, diarrhoea, running nose etc.what you need is to detoxify.
When we talk about detoxicity, antioxidant is apart of it as it neutralises the free redicals like hydrogen peroxide or lipid hydroperoxides to save from damage. Herbal green tea is good source of antioxidant just boiling water+tea leaf consuming way without milk and sugar is good practice to establish healthy habit.I advise you is to dream of it,
Lastly avoid spicy, oily, chilly base foods, reduce meat intakes or deep fry base food.And practise at least 3 times per a week as 30 minutes per time exercise cos exercise has vital role to keep you fit, lose weight, reduce cholesterol, burn fats, reduce BP high etc.Exercise makes our body to release endorphin & serotonin that enhance the brain, also exercise can active sells for utilise glucose & oxygen, this can maintain glucose metabolism.
